Ted,

He is not setting up an insurance or banking back office with rows of cubicles for people stationed at computer terminals. He is setting up a corporate space as is befitting an ex president.

OK, 1 office for the president with windows and 1 conference room with windows, both with OK view, + some area with little or no windows for staff and secret service.

What more does one of the 5 ex-presidents need? And btw, 8300 SF is enormous amount of office space especially in Manhattan.

BTW this has become very petty......
