Then you are ..... blah blah blah. You have a real tendancy to link together a variety of concepts and proposals which are not tightly related. A progressive tax may be a component of income redistribution or it may not. A flat tax could just as easily be used for that purpose. It all depends on how you structure other programs and initiatives. The conservatives give you one answer and you lick it up like a three year old with a pudding spoon. The world and it's economy are more complicated than you think because there are a number of independant variables involved. Save your black&white solutions for the comics page. TP
