I wonder... will the USSC shoot this down? Seems to be a clear violation of separation of church and state.
The only way it could be argued that it's not would be if the Federal government also gave funds to atheist and agnostic groups and mosques and Hindu temples and....
And somehow I don't think that's the intent.
