You live in the city dontcha? I'm out in the east bay.
Should be interesting to see how the Bay area copes
with higher energy prices and slow down in all the
hi tech companies. I believe this summer may be a good
time to start checking out the RE foreclosure market.
Nothing would give me more pleasure then stealing
a house from some dot.com sucker with the same money
that I got from shorting his own stock.

Our most recent electric bill was $190 for a 3300 sq. ft house - which includes an electric stove and electric clothes dryer, which we run constantly, and $110 for heating oil - we run both the furnace and the water heater on heating oil. Last year the oil was $70.
