Has there been a guest on CNBC at any time over the last 4 months that didn't smile and declare "the bottom is in, time to buy tech stocks again!" ?

Anyone? Even meehan was acting positively clownish and said the bottom was in. Someone slip him a glass of kool-aid while we werent looking?

well, the new report comes out tomorrow. as of Jan 23, they still were holding their record net short.
