Probably underwriting fees of some sort. You should look at some of the garbage Vik Grover has put buy recs on before. People sure don't make money in the long run buying his recs.

Oleg, if you look, then you see that it is a sort of muster. KBRO acts always like that. Earlier in Dec, TALK sold off to 0.5, after which kaufman came out and "reiterated", with a $11 target,... TALK rose about 350% before going back to 1....
