John. The thinly traded micro caps

like LOILY can be very puzzling to investors accustomed to long established companies with a published history of fundamental accomplishments and good price history with enough volume to arrive at a good TA evaluation.

I've probably worked more during this patch upcycle with some of these overlooked sleeping gems than in previous years. In the case of LOILY want to thank Tomas for first making me aware of it in the middle of last year.

Many investors shy away from excellent underlying opportunities in these kinds of companies because lack of analyst coverage and minimal information from the company itself. Sometimes the nearly non-existent trading volume alone can scare them off.

But if the pieces are in place for improving cash flow down the road these kind of situations are far from crapshoots when you know how to sniff out what's there.

I've found some of my best plays in these kinds of micro caps. Once you know you have a relatively unrecognized value at a reasonable price the wait can be more than worth the patience it requires.

CRZO was very difficult to enter when I first noticed it in mid-1999. There were many days when it didn't trade a share. Wasn't till early 2k that volume began to show the kind of steady increase that invites a larger number of investors to join the fun(g).
