Ixia Announces Record Fourth Quarter Financial Results Revenues Increase 190%; Pro Forma Net Earnings up 239% THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 01, 2001 4:15 PM - BusinessWire CALABASAS, Calif., Feb 1, 2001 (BUSINESS:XXIA) today reported financial results for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2000. Net revenues for the fourth quarter of 2000 were $26.5 million, a 190% increase from the $9.2 million reported for the fourth quarter of 1999. Pro forma net income for the fourth quarter was $8.5 million, or $0.14 per diluted share, an increase of 239% over the $2.5 million, or $0.05 per diluted share, in the fourth quarter of the prior year.
