Geeks, of course, but not like the demographics of the 'men of SI' -- primarily because of their age. Pot bellies, balding -- you know, all of those little 'turn-offs' -- for those SI honchos who hide their 'normality' behind BIG POWERFUL IMAGES of themselves through which they degrade women -- of all ages -- in classic sexist terms. Austin is full of 'geeks' as well ... but I like 'em. <g> They're liberal, for one thing. And, again, the age demographic is cool. As well as the education level. Got some sharp folks -- men and women -- designing our future technologies made possible by their drive to achieve BSEE and MSEE degrees from such places as Stanford and MIT.
