<MARKET GEMS Earnings Plays UPDATE EMBT (late bloomer, we did not hold this one through earnings but got it as it finished a 2 day correction on pre-market reported in the forum upgrade) ATVI, AVID, BOBJ, MGL, OTEX, RBK APCC--> only short Feb 1> We didn't have a long list today with only 10 possible out of the many reporting but #1 on the list and an expected favorite was ATVI with great earnings reported #2 APCC nice short #3 AVID great report also after the close #4 BOBJ beat by 4 cents #4 CELG should be up tomorrow after nice report #5 MGL nice moves today and report from an old favorite Magellen Health 7) OTEX a repeater already 8) RBK moved well 9) SNA a non event and 10) APA non event.

We can get the absolute best plays right BEFORE the report..(like APCC they can be anticipatory downswing as well as upswing) and wait for any upgrade AFTER the report or the the typical SELL ON THE NEWS play like EMBT and have a short play and and eventual long. We missed the beef in CECO today but this will be the very last time, as Gemmer researchers will be scouring ONLY our earnings plays through the report and tracking them for a number of days to see what transpires when the artificial and DANGEROUS volatility comes back to normal.

PSFT was such a play in another variation of the THEME OF SELLING THE BAD NEWS... PSFT was hit pretty hard but not irreparable and today after a pre-market upgrade it recovered.
