3 guys go to rent a hotel room, the room is $30, so they each pay $10 right
10*3=30. Later that night the hotel guy finds out the room is only $25 so he
gives $5 to the bell boy to split between the 3 guys. The bellboy did not
know how to split $5 in 3 ways so he kept $2 for himself and gave $1 to each
guy so the guys only paid $9 a piece right? So if 9+9+9=27+2=29 where is the
other dollar?

Hey dreamer......

Check it out dude!
I've been in AWSS for a few months. I know several of the
people closely connected to the company. They are hard
workers, they'll get things moving right along.

The stock has only been trading about 9 months, it has a
very small actual trading float. There's about 5,000 or so
shareholders. Most of them have certs, and most of the
certs are on a 5% lock-up schedual. So they can only sell,
if they want, that 5% a month as it "un-locks". But if
you'll run some numbers, there's less then 24 million total
shares OS. Divide 24 million by 5k (shareholders) and you'll
get 4800, that would be the average shareholder's holdings.
Very low! When you consider there's a lot of r-shares also!

And those r-shares can't be sold for some time now! So we
are not at much risk to see any big sellers! I think that's
one thing that makes this stock so attractive to us. :o)

Now, the company is making acquisitions left & right, but
they also have that under control. They have more acquisitions
still lined up. Some very positive news will be following.
The company also has some valuable wireless spectrum. (licenses)
They have acquired several licenses and have a fellow who
they are bringing on board that has quite a bit also. So
they are positioning themselves for a big buy-out of that
spectrum! I feel real good about this one.

The only "negatives" if there is any is it needs attention.
There is also some warrants out there, but their strike price
is $1, $2, and so on. But the $1 warrants expire in March.
I'm not sure when the $2 warrants or the other warrants
expire. But even if they are converted to stock, the company
will be getting that money and will use it to continue to
grow the company.

There's a lot in those SEC filings and past PRs. I think
we'll see a quick trip to a buck, but hold some for higher
levels also. If you'll check it out, you'll see that the
low is not that far down......so very little downside from
here. (but I don't expect the stock to move down.....I
expect it to move up!)

There's more but I think you get the picture from what I've
posted.

QTEK is acting well for me also!

Cheers!
