Take a look at the charts in 1999 aug-sept-oct Today seems very familiar, and look what happened. One big difference was in the 25 day summation...., it was just the opposite. Oct 18,1999 had a -13,219 and it was also the daily spike that turned the tide.... UP..! Interesting...!
