pcstel, What you are saying sounds really nice. I can only hope that you know what your're talking about because I certainly don't. I'm basically a picking-up-dimes-in-front-of-a-steamroller kind of guy who just got spooked into picking up several thousand shares (again) of G* at 9 measley 16ths. LTB&H of course (and THIS time, I mean it) Correct me if I'm wrong, but did you just say (gulp) that the bond prospectus says it will take a simple majority of boldholders (not just 3) to push G* into bankruptcy, and that even then it can be overridden by one or two of the big kahunas? But didn't some high mucky-muck at Globalstar agree in principal with an analyst question regarding 3 bondholders having the power to force bankruptcy? BTW, do you think Blackstone reads those stupid perspectuses, or is it perspecti, or perhaps, like fish, it's just perspectus? Mike
