Michael, I remember some stock picking advice from years ago that when the cheapo stocks roar that is a sign the move up in most stocks is about over. The reason being those that missed a sharp move up don't want to be left behind. This time it is the sharp rally in the tech stocks, so they try to make up by buying the beaten down laggards. What's your opinion on this? The Dow kind of reminds me of the Titanic....everyone who didn't abandon ship initially goes to one end of the ship (Dow) but it eventually sinks with all aboard. :>(
