Hey DLO:

Looks like SSTI is not doing as bad as might be expected this am; hopefully the bad news is already priced in as with most other semi's. I still like the sector for the year, but a safer approach might be to play those that have already warned, or given good guidance, as the case might be, rather than buy those we've heard nothing from.

I like all three: ALTR, ATML, XLNX. I'd prefer XLNX and buy in on a test of 55. I'm going out on a limb and I'm shorting (buying puts) ATML around 18 1/4 today. I like it, but strictly trading, I think it won't break the 18 resistance on this first test and will pullback to 16. However a strong close over 18 today and I'll dump that position.

IDTI not acting well and I may sell at 45 to buy back at 42 or lower.

I think overall the Naz is headed lower from the strong resistance of 2850 that it's been unable to break. Question is how low? My guess is 2650---a 40% correction off the recent run.
