Amazon.com Inc. (NASDAQ:AMZN), for example, sold convertible bonds last February, and now probably couldn't even if it wanted to, analysts said.

This is why I believe Goldman Sachs seemed to have given up. No one wants them. I personally believe Amazon is actively seeking some form of cash from the equity markets and no one shows interest.

I also am quite sure Amazon cannot make it through Q4 2001 without raising money.

These are of course my opinion only but when it comes to a retailer, I claim to be good with FA. No where else am I good. "You can trust me on that LOL".
