While it is true that if you gave GW a penny for his thoughts he would have to give you change back, even he can generate enough intellectual horsepower to know that neither KS nor JA will ever be on the Supreme Court. If Bush gets to make a nomination to the Supreme Court before he is sent packing back to Austin in January 2005, the nominee will be Hispanic, provided that if the person he is replacing is O'Connor, it will be a woman, perhaps a Hispanic woman. It's called affirmative access.
