Chris,

I only get one CLASS SELL SIGNAL. If the index does not reverse in the normal amount of time & points(minimum requirement), then those are hints of a technical breakout specificly in term of my short-term technicals. This was simply based on observing the responses to my CLASS 1 SIGNAL on a statistical basis. If it didnt work within the common parameters, it normally ended up as a significant technical breakout/breakdown. They dont occur often, but back in 1999 I believe it occurred 3 times, once with the DOW and twice with the NAZ. Each time it resulted in over 1000 point moves. The one I remember the best was the when the DOW was around 10,100 and broke above 11,000 about a month later. That one was so clear.

I mention those technical breakouts, but 1000 point moves are not always the case. Also when I call a technical breakout or breakdown per my ST technicals, it means that my ST technicals from that point are useless until they come back to normality.
