Watson, My house in Colorado is about twice the size of the one in California, and the heating bills are about one half, and yes houses in California are very poorly insulated. I get very annoyed by this energy panic, because the problem in California could be resolved through common sense measures. President Bush is using this panic as an excuse to get his buddies into Alaska, and the whole thing wreaks of laziness, stupidity and corruption. Scumbria
