i'm also worried about the dollar here...which up until recently benefited from the 'it's better confetti than the others confetti' glow, and the manipulation of economic statistics in the US (whether one agrees with hedonic indexing , chainweighting, geometric weighting or not is in this instance irrelevant. what IS relevant is that US economic data can not be compared to the data of other industrialized countries. it's like apples and oranges). there are simply too many dollars around, and Greenspud is now erecting a veritable wall of paper to save the beloved bubble....
