I see by a subsequent post you are getting various times so you're ok except for the first test site you posted.Or is that the same site with a different browser?

I had the same problem with that site so I emptied my cache resulting in good tests.

You might want to set it to never when running your tests on that site.

If you are still getting the same readings empty your cache, meaning Temporary Internet Files.
