It is also possible for both sides to be right and both to be wrong, for different reasons and to different degrees. That is why we have courts.

Courts do not decide right and wrong. They are supposed to interpret the law. Sometimes they might interpret the law in light of their moral opinions rather then in light of what the law says, but that does not mean they actually decide what right and wrong is, they only decide how the law will be implemented in a certain situation.

In a country of laws, would it be a crime to leave the country (even if it was legal there) and have an abortion? If so, who has jurisdiction and what would the "crime" be?

It would be a crime if the law said it was, it would not if the law said it was not, and the crime would be what the law called it. That doesn't mean it is right or that it is wrong, just that it would be illegal.
