Here is a link at Microsoft that deal with IE and JPG files issues. At the bottom of the page are 3 more links. Check out what they say and provide any info gained from them.

I am guessing you have been able to view jpg files in the past?

I would also have the file sent to your other ISP to see elimante the ISP as a varible.

Check the file extention. I have rec'd photos whith the extention "00" not JPEG. Right click attachment/properties
