CatLady, I'll go one further. The winner will be somebody with a portfolio of high-spread penny stocks that DO NOT MOVE!

They will win because one or more of their stocks will have opened at the bid on Feb 1 and closed on the offer on Feb 28, which exhibiting absolutely no movement in between.

I'd say that TallTrader is pretty high-up in the running...

This is going to be pretty amusing, and will bear no relationship to reality.

So, is the contest judged by percentage gain or absolute dollar gain? Huge difference. All those words in the contest announcement, and they didn't even make that clear. Of course, it really isn't a consistent contest if you can by 100 shares each of 5 stocks. Total portfolio cost is 1000's of percent different. Not exactly an interesting endeavor, but I'm here anyway, in hopes it'll improve...

Good luck all,

John
