** Just spoke to CFO of TRAC **

Clarification of recent filing - good news.
Also, if others missed it like I somehow did, they had previously mentioned publicly about their anticipation of a Q4 profit.

FWIW - I spoke to the CFO, Marty Kay, a few minute ago and he clarified the latest filing. Knight Trading as you know purchased 1M shares of TRAC for $1,250,000 recently (i.e. $1.25 per share and received warrants which allow them to buy 2M more for $1.75M (or $1.75/sh).

I wondered why there was a filing that appeared to suggest they were selling the 3M shares. The good news is this:

(1) This is just a public disclosure of a registation of the shares which is required as a first step if they want ever want to sell the shares in the future and

(2) according to Mr. Kay, the 3M shares if/when pruchased cannot be sold for ONE YEAR.

I also verified this with Knight trading and another person, Mr. Regar, at TRAC prior to speaking to Mr. Kay.

Incidentally a proposed sell price of $1.00 is mentioned because the SEC require that they use the current price, since the price when they sell a year or more from now is unknown.

This rings true at it would be rather stupid to pay up to $1.75 per share and sell them for $1.00.
