--Silicon Storage (SSTI) 14 9/16 -5/16: -- Update -- Q1 sales expected to be flat to down 10% sequentially with gross margin of aproximately 45%. Q1 EPS expected to be $0.25-$0.29 vs First Call consensus of $0.51. Q2 revenue should grow from Q1. For the year 2001, revenue expected to grow approximately 60% yoy as a result of the production ramp of new products resulting from design-wins made in 2000 and assuming an improved overall economy in the second half of 2001. Gross margin expected in 43%-46% range while licensing revenue is expected to grow more than 130% from 2000. EPS expected in the range of $1.50-$1.75, much lower than $2.50 First Call consensus. Stock trading at 13.
