Jeffery, You could be right. Seldom am I sure of anything, nor do I express myself with strong confidence in my positions as so many others do. When I first mentioned the rectangle, I did say "possible" and gave parameters. Frankly, the more I look at it, it appears to be more of slightly declining BULL FLAG which Paul first mentioned. Regardless if its a FLAG or RECTANGLE, they both imply bullishness, with the FLAG more bullish than the RECTANGLE.
