Keep those revenues coming - sixteen SLAPPer depositions are now scheduled!

Jim Fair, the first of two NVLS employees to give testimony completed but his first day of deposition this past Monday. He was represented by one of VSEA's SLAPP attorneys, Matthew H. Poppe, who by the way is now noticed for deposition too. So, make that seventeen!
