That was about 5 years ago. Didn't use stops at all back then. Even worse, I didn't do much fundamental analysis. If I had I would have realized the critics were right about the serious financial anomalies in that case. The shorts laid into the stock and it never "popped". Just kept going down. It was a great play for the shorts because they KNEW they would probably never have to cover.

I may short CPTH if it recovers. There are probably enough traders out there who expect it to recover. Maybe it will! My stock was a victim of fraud by the sales force. This smells like a similar situation since the VP of sales is involved.
