BOB: "It can be called what anyone wants..."

It sounds like "Alice in Wonderland". The words have no meanings, one can assign any meanings to them. Please don't fall for the diabolical PH spin who probably was prompting SR during your talk. If SR is seriously saying what you are reporting, SR has two choices: 1) File an amended K-8, or pending that 2) Put everything in writing in his upcoming LETTER to shareholders. There has been enough deception in the past as you know too well. I believe this deception will continue as long as that the master spinner PH is there. I hope SR sees the light and removes PH from that position. If you can, ask SR to use one of the above options. Thanks. -- D_R

I'll wait for an amended 8-K rather than
rely on interpretations of Roix's words and gestures.

I'll wait for an amended 8-K with language in
these SEC filings that doesn't leave so much room for
ambiguity and uncertainty.

Like I said I've read the
filings and discussed them with both Kaston, and Henry.
I've sent emails directly to Roix, and copied him
on emails to Kaston, and Henry. To date he hasn't responded
to me, nor should he make an attempt to rephrase and
clarify with me individually or any specific shareholder.

He should use both his CEO letter on the website
and an amended 8-k to express more clearly or change
language in the already released 8-K so all shareholders concurrently read official
words and his words, not interpretations of his words
and gestures of what some people may wish were the
meanings of those words.

Thus I'm not purposely misinterpreting anything.
I've no issue with other items in the 8-K that
have been overly dramatized by manipulators.

There are a number of good items in the 8-K that
have never been discussed for example the 1.250 mill
preferred Series A shares ALL being
converted and retired (ie. no further dilution
from these preferred shares).

Unfortunately, for me Bob, due to your past "embellishments", your
transcriptions and interpretations mean very little to me.

Thanks for your efforts but sorry, that's just the way I feel.
