I thought it was well known that MLK plagiarized much of that. I don't like to bring it up because I rather like MLK. But the news that it originated from a sermon delivered at the 1952 Republican convention by a black preacher is new to me, and that I think is worth mentioning. I saw the item in the February issue of Liberty magazine. Its a piece in the Reflections section at the beginning of the magazine. The publisher RW Bradford wrote it. He's a responsible and thoughtful guy who has been around awhile.
