<SK signed roaming agreement with China Mobile last Oct, same with Docomo last Aug.
I wonder how profitable these roaming agreements are, or how expensive it may be for the subscribers to roam?

Still cheaper than Globalstar's roaming, but I'm hoping Blackstone will review the situation and recommend Globalstar become the low-cost supplier of international telecommunications roaming.

People would have a cute, little, long battery life, CDMA or GSM or TDMA or analogue or PHS or whatever handset for local use and the Globalstar phone [with call forwarding or the same number or a separate number if they prefer] for out in the sticks or roaming out of 'home' networks.

That would give the Globalstar service providers a major competitive advantage over their competitors who can't provide complete coverage while charging a lot of money for the limited coverage they can provide with roaming agreements.
