I think you can lay that right at the door of Rep. Gov. Pete "I am a visionary" Wilson. Or you could lay it at the feet of Gov Grey Davis and the other 54% of Californians that think this is the work of a conspiracy. This is why nothing has been accomplished over the last few months IMHO. I'm not too happy with these Jabroni's. The Clinton Government ordered my utility providers to provide power basically free of charge to California (what else could you call giving them power when they knew they wouldn't get paid back?). My Gas bill has doubled as the outcome and I don't even live in Cali. Too bad we don't have "deregulation".
