One of the things amusing about this argument is that you are arguing, in fact, that the house did not constitute a substantial benefit. Since they ultimately paid for it, and did not really need to have a special arrangement, in your view, they got little from the transaction, merely some minor convenience. Okay, maybe you are right. Either way, it is no big deal, as long as they paid for it.......
