re: MDR

I've been on the MDR boat for sometime. Was in it when it crashed from the 20's to the 7's. Took my loss and rentered it in the low 8's. I just wish I had a full boat load. MDR has ENERGY written all over it. Nuclear, Coal, and oil service. I am too worried about the Asbesto's litigation to load the boat and too scared to sell because I might miss a nice gain.

I expect that sometime during Bush's term, he will sign an Asbestos tort reform bill.

I'm a large holder of MDR and have been for some time. It's just received a raised target from Deutchse AB ($16 to $20). Don't know if that's the cause or not but I am shorting against the box at these levels.
The stock has jumped 80% in the last 8 weeks (with only the tiniest of correction) and I'm unaware of any progress resolving the the BK problem.
I expect a pullback to 12, or lower. If not, I'll deliver my long and bank the profit prematurely.
