I agree. That is why if any tech is to benefit from the actual easing of rates, then the Telcos should be the first. They borrowed tonnes to wire the world and are now left holding the baby. MCLD and XOXO have recently managed to issue more debt, since AG opened the flood gates.

From what I have heard (very second-hand) credit spreads have not fallen significantly. i.e. treasury yields have dropped, but the more important corporate spreads have not. The bond/junk market is now open to them, but I agree it would be useful to have a list of telcos that have a good chance of being around in 12 mths time. Any Fundies know of any?
