the cycle stuff seems right on track...remember, i said the entire Jan 22-29 period was likely important, and the NDX remains well below its Jan 24 high. S&P and Dow extended a bit by peaking on 01/31 and 02/02 respectively, but that's o.k., it's still close enough to the window. besides, some counting methodologies DO in fact produce hits on those days.

of course the real test will be whether the trend change remains in force over the next week...but i see nothing that says it won't, with the possible exception of easy Al's printathon.

Ralph Bloch has joined the bull choir...which is more sizeable NOW than it was at the Dow's ATH in Jan. 2000.
