. It actually changed my password too and I was unable to login for a long while until someone took a guess and it was right. defaulted to my user name. Anyhow, thanks for the help, I have a call in to someone at work to FIX THE DAMN THING...sorry, just a bit of left over frustration!

I'm having the same problem with my email...it won't accept my name and password. I have talked with every tech person first with @home, and now BLS..no one can figure out how to fix my problem. If you solve your problem, will you let me know how you did it? Maybe I can try your solution....
