Thanks for your comments Bernard. Do your views on nil stock appreciation for CLECs ( for 18 mos. to 2 yrs) extend to other emerging telecom players like Global Crossing, Metromedia Fiber, and Level 3? Does it extend further to all telecom?

As for the greater leverage and resulting riskiness of xoxo and wcii, I understand what you are saying. However, it seems to me that they have access to a customer base that neither twtc, mcld, and all the rbocs can penetrate (ie. customers needing bandwidth where fiber is not available and DSL is insufficient - where BBFW is the ideal solution). Do you realize that TWTC has only a couple percentage points of upside potential given price targets based on DCF analysis? MCLD's potential is under 100% (not bad) which pales in comparison to xoxo and wcii at over 200%.
