the problem with having low interest rates, is that it doesn't promote savings, nor does it promote proper loan quality...

that's what killed japan...

rates go down to zero with no pickup to fight recession? for that long? haha.. you're too funny...

that means Nasdaq 1500 to 1800 for like a decade? haha.... i pass... things are "that" bad...
