Scumbria: Forget the market cap. It is about the possibility/liklihood of future earnings. Rambus could look like SSTI with a P/E of 18 and if they still prevail in these lawsuits the future CERTAIN earnings stream will take care of market cap. Rambus is still a two to three year game for investors. The traders got in and out last year, big time, but there is very little momo interest in the stock right now. Interesting, considering the Feb. court dates.

My point is, for investors, the market cap isn't the story. Rambus at 49 looks good to many with the story laid out as it is. At 20 it would look better with the same story laid out. At 12, even better.

Sure, if they lose one of the patent fights, most bets are off and the whole story will have to be reevaluated. But we ain't there yet. The liklihood of prevailing still seems pretty good to me right now.
