Somebody allowed themselves to get angry and sue because he looked like an easy target, but he has a history of doing parody on the net, he has that gwbush.com site with the hilarious bumper stickers ... and cnnfn is certainly a public entity, they should be fair game for satire, and they can hardly claim damage to their trademark ... also he was using their logo as part of making a wider point, it wasn't like he was attacking them .... anyway, i've heard all these cited as factors in his defense .... but one of the harsh realities is that in the US you only get as much justice as you can afford, they could SLAPP him silly .... very stupid business though, they'll look like drooling idiots trying.
