Okay, here is my frosting recipe...same cake recipe, but five minutes before the cake comes out of the oven, mix the ingredients for the frosting in a pan and bring to boil, stirring constantly so it doesn't stick or burn, and then turn down, but make sure it stays warm and gooey.

1 Stick butter
4 T cocoa
5 T milk
Bring to boil and add
1 Box Powdered sugar
1 Cup chopped nuts may be added
Spread on the cake while the cake is still hot.

Both frostings sound very good, I guess it depends if you're in the mood for vanilla or chocolate.
