Sucked for me today. I was hoping for a spike that I could short. Instead it just kept drifting lower and all I could do was watch. Better safe than sorry I suppose.

It makes sense to me. I thought we would pull back earlier. I see longer-term resistance on the COMP at around 3140. I thought we would pull back before the COMP got as high as it did recently. The only thing that would surprise me now is a new 52 week low.

I am cautious, however. There is a considerable amount of negative sentiment about.

My buddy John Curry was on CNBC this afternoon and he was cautiously optimistic. He's a sharp guy.

I'm looking for 2366 as the bottom of this move. Anything below that would be unpleasant. If we hold there or better, we should be OK. Any break above 3200 is good news, but it might be 4 months.
