yes, it's quite high. but there's still no panicky tick...i.e. it's a BIG seller, selling big cap liquid stocks...

Todays TICK count did not even get close to fear.

Not even -600.

-1000 is fear
-1200 is near panic
-1400 is panic

wait for 3 days of fear or 1 day of panic before closing out those shorts IMHO.

Finally, the down trend resumes.
Do not blow it the first day.
