I don't think he will be around to get the injection
I agree, pcstel. Even RS opined G* would be better off with BLS out of the picture. It's no longer important to assign blame so much as it is to get to the truth of what went wrong. That's why I want the guts of the enterprise laid open for all the investors and bond holders to look at. Without that exposure, it becomes difficult to assess whether the new and improved G* Blackstone will propose can succeed. I'm perfectly willing to gamble on the technology. I've been using it for over a year now - it's truly marvelous. I'm not willing, however, to gamble any longer in the dark.

As to the "litigation truth juice," lest anyone ascribe sinister motives I hasten to add that was just home brewed short hand for subpoenas, subpoenas duces tecum, orders to produce and the like - the whole package (the vial, if you will) of tools that ultimately make a court room a very effective venue for revelation. And let's not forget cross examination, oft referred to as the greatest engine for truth devised by man. I don't think BLS would fare well in that environment. It's not his style. Good riddance.
