The one's who cared did riot. All 38 of them. Bush won every count. At least 2 counts in Fla. You, sir, are a sore loser. Even if only the "no president" cards were counted -- not recounted -- Gore would have won. I assume you are talking about ballots which contain no vote for President.. So if I understand this, you want to give Gore the votes(where there are none) if the rest of the ballot contained Democrat dominated voting. How presumptuous.
