Thank you, Clappy for your kind words. Please be advised that those are my best summary thoughts. There are many who would like to and have on many historical ocassions hooted and pointed out other interps, always using the phrase "but the Bretton Woods Currency Accord was officially abandoned in (xyz year always furnished)." However, I always respond with the reference to the wonderful 60 year Bretton Woods C.A. timeline published in 1997(?) issue of TIME mag, which I formerly had posted upon my website. It is my oft stated position that the Bretton Woods Currency Accord not only has never been "officially abandoned --except perhaps in rhetorical spin-dom--" but is alive and well and so very much on schedule--it is truly incredible to view current financial events in the light of that historical as well as prophetical graphical timeline. If I run across that graphic in one of my searches through boxes of floppy disk media, I'll try to remember that you might be interested in viewing that graphical time-line from TIME mag of yore and alert you to the fact that I've found it. Now, to your comments that we might best discuss this elsewhere, I'll do this for you, in order to enhance our fun of continuing this friendly exchange, but so that you can be "treated" to other opinions, some not so flattering as yours<grin> I'll go post a response to some recent offering on Gold Price Monitor thread so that you can find me easier "over there" and thus we perhaps we can continue to explore gold Q&A at your leisure. I absolutely LOVE talking about this topic from my admittedly unique perspective of a trader, a miner, and a gold recycler, besides a hardmoney goldbug. RE: LTB&H...YES...I'm using this weakness over the next few months to add to my core holdings in the techs...for instance, I find this current weakness in JDSU extremely enticing for example. Ditto some of my other holdings and positions I have yet to initiate in some other LTB&H candidates. Please give my regards to your lovely wife. gold_tutor
