JQP, For what it's worth, I think you've done a great job of putting the long term nat gas fundamental outlook in perspective at a time when there were only bearish short term TA posts to read here. I appreciate the information, I found it valuable and reliable and I think you are a valuable contributor to the thread. I don't care whether you, isopatch or slider exaggerate your trades or not. I don't even know why some posters post their trades. One reason could be to share their jubilation, another one would be to try to create a following to influence stock prices and another might be to try to be a big man on an anonomous thread. I expect that you just get jubilant at times.

I do think that if anyone posts trades often enough, it invites skepticism from those who read the posts and remember any inconsistencies. I don't mean you necessarily. If anyone wants to continually post positive trades, they should know that they are inviting scrutiny. This definitely includes isopatch and slider. (Maybe if I had more good trades, I would post them too. gg) I think that's fair game but I think that from my perspective, it crosses the line when it turns into out and out name calling. It is, however, a free country and you can deal with it, you have before.

Here's my reliability ratings for the three of you (and I suppose my entry into the food fight)

Based on a 1-10 rating of claimed successful trades with a rating of 10 being the highest.

Isopatch 9 (no reason to disbelieve-except # of + calls)

JQP 6 (lots of trading needed to escape missteps)

Slider 1 (the calls vs the post mortems are incredible)

Ed, intervening in a minefield of ego loaded investors ready to explode at the feel of the slightest pressure from a footstep.

jqp:

when i first started reading the thread, not long ago, i was rather admiring of the way you never replied to sob's remarks. my admiration has slipped as you have become increasingly puerile. slider's vitriol is a bit like k.b.'s erudition; each has a statement of who they are that they are compelled to make, and they make it from a strong base. i am more than willing to have them spout as they can both be quite instructive. you need to cool it, john. don
