hi nick

i did get both the nav2001 program update (last night) and the nav virus def update (today) without a hitch. some of us have been fortunate lately with a string of successful symantec downloads and installs. you just broke that string.

nick, if it was in fact the nav program update, i'm not sure what to tell you other than to try again. if it's the nav virus defs you are referring to, perhaps you can go get them from the symantec site....

symantec.com

good luck

:)

i did a fast run through the symantec site. here's a kb article that may fit you...

service1.symantec.com

[edit: found another...

service1.symantec.com

... though less likely, has a couple valid recs, such as...

Delete the contents of the \LiveUpdate\Downloads folder.
Delete the contents of the Temp folder.
Delete the Livetri.zip file. ]

hope that helps

:)
